Return and Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means that you have 30 days after receiving the item to return it.


To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as it was received, unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

If the return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you have received an incorrect item so that we can assess and resolve the problem.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase of the new item.

Refunds

Once we have received and verified your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. If the refund is approved, it will automatically be refunded within 10 business days to the original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
